loz looked every inch world class today just needs to improve consistency on log and he will be up there

dave meer log was awesome strict pressed 155!

loz won deadlift with 6 reps dave m got five as did rob frampton who blew a strap on 3rd rep borrowed one from loz and got

3 more think he would of had 6 if straps held

suprised jimmy only got 1

handleless sleeper press i managed a lightish(70kg ish) sleeper hard bit getting it in position to press, press itself easy

nice work t my olympic lifting knowledge is minimal but i believe the "lift" you were performing had something called a press out in it

which for purists like myself is an abomination!

The pick-up wasn't easy! Around 3 or 4 inches below my knees. The pick-up in the UK's will be a little higher (I've had a go on the kit).
