british senior deadlift record @75kg is 310 i think phils best is around the 245/250 mark not suprising he missed it

fun session again today 6 training

head to head farmers upto 130kg

farmers deadlift hold 120/130kg

viking press big jay showed he is shoulders above everyone else on this andy and daz also impressed

yoke pick up upto 480kg andy (5'2'')and danny doing well on this

head to head 80kg stone shoulder run 30m with a turn this was fun matched winners against winners losers v losers

featured daz doing a full length dive followed by a wrestlers roll his stone crossed the line first but sadly his body did notGrin

finished off with 80kg stone shouldered to alternate sides

tidy little session head to heads really do make you try that little bit harder

think i will put the stone shoulder and run into a comp sometime
