the only things i have at the container are the ducks and 2 of the tyres and a 120 stone of course

guys this comp is for anyone of any class if you think you are up to it get your name down and your tenner in

when the stone is on your shoulder rubbing your ear off i think 60-70m will be a very competitive distance

duck/stairs

4/5 duckwalks ranging from 130kg 200kg to be carried 5m and lifted onto a low platform (height tbc)

triple tyre

3 tyres 300kg 380kg 440kg 2 flips each tyre

odd overhead

4/5 "unusual" objects not too heavy but awkward

carry

120kg stone to be shouldered and carried for maximum distance
