Wouldn't three 3/4's and a biscuit be 115, then?

wish i had kept quiet now! init

three as in 3 plates =60kg x2 =120kg

3/4 of a plate as in 15kg x2=30kg

biscuit as in 2.5kg x2 =5kg

+20kg bar

175kg total init

this is my last post on this dumb question thread

I'm struggling with this one. Is a quarter 25kg and a biscuit 2.5kg? Is 180kg four fifths? Or three quarters and an onion ring?

a plate is 20kg thus 3 quarters is 15kg (3 quarters of a plate) 10kg is half 5kg a quarter 2.5kg a biscuit

The truly gifted lift 'plates a side'.

must add that a plate is always 20kg

gym i started training in guy said to me he could three three quarters and a biscuit (175kg) surely it is easier to say i can bench 175kg?

100kg x 5m + 130kg x 5m + 150kg x 5m + 170kg + 5m

OR 200KG x 5m

Joni said:I was at the olympic gym today and saw what can only be the competition set up for the axle deadlift.

It is over an inch below normal bar height.

Is there an address i could write a strongly worded email to protest this?

you must have good eyesight as the axle and wheels are still in the vale of belvoir
