Ho there man of shoulder knowledge.

Loose shoulder joints. Would you avoid actual pressing and work much more on supportive exercises? This somehow makes a little bit of sense to me but I am not sure.

Also, bench press. Good for shoulder stability overhead?

The progression was

get massive, get on gear, nail the opens, 300x10 deadlift
boxing heavyweight star as the division is s**t
row 500m world record
diet down to 90kg and win world's
do a bit when he fancies

poker and strongman in work fulltime were already there from before. Keep up Aaron!

He said that to you? I don't think there is a unit of measurement capable of describing "twice as wide as Jay Pateman", it would simply be too much for any single scale.

Out of interest, did you not ask your Doctor there and then? Did you think 'f**k that, I will ask the Brain Trust on Sugden' instead?

» Cheapest 1500lb bar. (Go to post)06-10-2014 @ 22:53
100 quid bars will bend with the slightest hint of misuse and anything over 200kg on them in my experience. They are s**t because they cost nothing.

Strengtshop will have what you need probably though. Doubt its 1500lbs rated though. If it were, why do people pay 500+ quid for a bar?

Plus if you gain any weight you will instantly be weaker.

Grin

They weigh an even 400g most of the time. You can improvise with many items.

If you are mentally tough enough.
