Oh no mate, this is my "offseason" stuff, till early Sept when I get to Manc.
Training at home, at the gym, in the fields. Good stuff.

Hello fellas,
I'm Charis, 19, from Cyprus.
Moving to Manchester in September for Uni.
Last 1rms (while ago) were: DL 145kg, Squat 120kg, BP 85kg. 80kg bodyweight.
Not great, but I was combining PLing with conditioning, and boxing, and being in the army 2 years, so progress was fairly slow.

I read some of you fellas train an the Sugden center, which is next to where I'll be staying. What sort of times do you guys go, do you train together in group sessions or whatever goes?
