Why is your bench so low, dude?
Bad technique?
that is a solid squat.

My best is a parallel paused box squat of 140kg, so well done with that s**t.

The bench could of course have been f**ked from the squat, unsuprising if so.

I have LOST over a stone in the last month, and have broken all my rep PRs in that same time period.
I don't look a lot smaller, but I probably am, where did the 7kg come from?
