Nice squatting and benching Shane - looking very strong. The fact that you only weigh 80kg just takes the piss really...

I havent had any knee trouble, in fact if anything the years developing my joints as a youngster probably doesn't help me learning to adapt to supports

With regards to toms point, I actually agree with him with reference to powerlifting squats

I don't care what anyone says, I'm with Fat_Pete on this one. Knee wraps reduce knee pain, not just while squatting, but the day afterwards as well.

For everybody?

LOL at your last bit

I first did a snatch at 14, I was extremely s**t

Some people probably could full snatch 130kg without training, but they are c**ts

Yeah a big squats doesn't mean s**t in itself for strongman, its not a bad thing but you won't win f**k all at any level without other more important tools in you kit bag

A bit like a snatch Grin

Do whatever make you happy, that's what has brought Bradley Burrows back to Olympic lifting from bodybuilding (He had the biggest arms ever and ripped to s**t, f**king prick Grin)

Watch him at the tri nations if you can, he's a good chap

School boy error!

I nearly said 100kg was a measure of weight.

Now that would have been a schoolboy error!
