I'm still trying to avoid worsening my left hip with light loads

Pull ups

These were done with supinated grip

Seated Rows (fat gripz)

50(3x15)

Leg Raises

3x20

I do these on a parallel bar dipping frame...

Calve raises

80(3x30)

Axles don't spin do the stress to the wrist joint would be too much for my to advise

With a very light weight it would be fine though

I havent had any knee trouble, in fact if anything the years developing my joints as a youngster probably doesn't help me learning to adapt to supports

With regards to toms point, I actually agree with him with reference to powerlifting squats
