I've been thinking about this and there is probably quite a few examples that spring to mind for me, but I remember needing some balls to clean and jerk 180kg after that weight buried me the year and a bit before

The next time it was loaded on the bar it was the last lift of a competition, until then I'd not done more than 150kg

It was a tough lift aswell
