He he, this mythical legendary car carry, that no one is really sure ifit is real or not, which will be passed down through generations, and end up being that you just floated along the ground with it, where as it took me a stumbling and struggling minute and a half... Grin

I witnissed(spelling ?) this feat Grin and your description is playing it down some what. Bernie beat you easier than that! Tongue Grin

Cool, I know where grangemouth is man, might try and make it through, not far from here like. If not, then best of luck man!

That would be good if you could make it. Just been to the local council office to enquire about a lock-up again and they might have one for me in a months time Grin , it would be good to get my strongman kit away from the house as it would free up alot of space.

awesome squatting man!

Did you just whack 20kg to your raw (and therefore the most important) pb????

Thanks man, best unequipped squat previous was 185kg for 3sets of 4reps but that was about a year ago. Then injured my back at the beginning of the year which has hindered my training, only just getting back on track. Happy

Good work on the sneaky raw squat PB's stephen! Where is the seniors being held again? (I think i asked you this already eh? Happy)

Yeah sneaky training partners, I thought we'd be working upto openers (equipped) as per usual but they wanted to work upto an unequipped single like they used to do years ago before a comp. Who am i to argue I just went with the flow. Was surprised how easy they were though, definetly could do more. Tongue
The comp is at Grangemouth sports stadium, lifting starts at 11:00 but I'll most likely not start lifting untill 12:30-13:00ish (depending on attendance) due to being a fatty in a heavier weight class. Grin
I can get the proper address/postcode if your thinking of heading through to watch?
