Trained before work:- Squat: 20x8 70x5 120x5 160x5 160x5 160x5 Too early to be training, felt very slow. Bench: 20x10 70x5 100x5 120x5 120x5 120x5 Nice and easy. Leg press: 140x10 190x8 240x5 260x5 280x5 Might do these more often(i've said that before ). Push press: 20x10 50x5 70x5 80x5 80x5 Took my grip out wider which felt much better although still pish at them. | |||

Squat: Opener- 235kg Passed 2nd - 250kg Passed 3rd - 260kg Fail . Couldn't finish, should have fought abit more . Bench: Opener - 165kg Passed 2nd - 175kg Passed ( comp. pb) 3rd - 180kg Fail . Couldn't lock out, left arm let me down, next time for sure. Deadlift: Opener - 230kg Passed 2nd - 245kg Passed (comp. pb) 3rd - 250kg Passed (comp. pb) Total of 675kg which is a pb . Really enjoyed today, great comp and trash talk a plenty. Good catching up with you Ken. | |||
