Cheers mate that would be great, and it was good to see the Scottish team win the drinking comp, the last team to leave!! with the odd welshman and the token englishmen, me and steve bright!!, I had a bad head in the morning

Sorry Joe can't work out how to post the results, there up on www.riottraining.com on the powerlifting section, it's a photo of the results but when I try to copy it won't paste onto this forum, don't know if I need to host it 1st on the likes of imagshack??????Confused
Think the drinking comp was always going to be won by the scots, it was the only reason we turned up Grin Tongue . The hotel we were staying at kept serving us untill 06:00 in the morning, when we were asked to go to our rooms because the cleaners needed in to clean the bar Tongue Wink .

Hi Mate, great lifting at the Scotish Seniors, nice to see you at the 4 nations, how was you drive back!!!

Thanks Joe, nice meeting you too and the drive back was torture getting stuck in 2/3hr traffic jams etc, was glad to get home eventually.

Steve Cumming won the 90's with 727.5kg????, so he's still the man to beat in the 90's in scotland but it was a pretty close class with the top 3 over 700kg. I'll see if I can post the results but i'm useless with computer's so don't hold your breathe.
