Trained tonight at mine with Martin, Damien, Lewis & Ian(No. 2). IFSA Log: 65x8 85x3 100x3 110x1 85x10 strict press. Not happening today, everything felt heavy! Yoke: 160x20m 260x20m 280x20m Tried a run with 110 farmers but finger is still f**ked so had to just leave it. Started to rain so had to abandon training...had hoped to do stones. | |||

Went to Killie gym tonight, trained with Martin, Damien, Arthur, Steph, Alec, Binkie & Robert. Squats: 20x5 70x5 120x5 180x5 180x5 180x5 All easy enough. Flat bench: 20x20 70x10 102.5x5 120x5 120x5 120x5 All easy enough. Stict DB O/H/P: 30's x5 35's x5 35's x5 Then did some shoulder/bicep rehab stuff and some stretching. Good fun session with everyone. | |||

Little bit of training out in the garden tonight as the weather was great. Deadlift: 70x5 120x5 180x3 220x3 220x3 220x3 Haven't deadlifted much this year especially recently so will have to start consistantly training it again. Power clean: 70x5 90x3 90x3 90x3 Same again not done these much this year either so thought I'd give them ago again. S/S giant dumbell(45kg): R/H x5, L/H x2 R/H x5, L/H X1 Then did some bicep/shoulder rehab stuff and stretching. Nice mess about session in the sun. | |||
