Today, the idea of ever touching a weight again felt horrific. I just hated the idea of lifting and for some reason resented it. I have no idea why! Close Grip 60x10 80x5 100x2x2 120x4- I have broken ribs and they felt horrible during this set so I racked it early Wide Grip 105x8-wide grip PB 105x5-same again, pain wasn't fun! DB Incline 42'sx2setsx8-sucked! DB Seated Lat Raises 4sets DB Pec Fly Felt nothing apart from pink and fluffy! Cable Extensions 3setsx20reps Done. Didn't enjoy this session at all! Been in agony the last few days with neck pain, can't wait for my scans to find out what has been causing it for so long! Deadlifts 100x3 140x2 180x1 200x1 220x1- it's never moved so fast for me! 250x aaannnnndddd this is where s**t went down hill. Some lad wouldn't leave me alone, question after question, tugging on my sleeve, wouldn't take "f**k off" for an answer. Tried to set up and the tit pressed down on the weight shouting "don't, you'll hurt yourself and s**t out your spine!" By the time I got to attempt the weight, I was cold and unfocused. In a truly childish manner, I stormed out of the gym. The speed and ease of 220, told me there was a PB single to be had today. The downside of training in a council gym! | |||

So I have two broken ribs, they snapped clean in two on my warm up set with 60kg on front squats yesterday. I can put my hand over where they are and feel the bones move at the break on both of them. Isn't nice but nothing discouraging. Just means I need more timber to act as cushioning Close Grip Bench 60x6 80x6 100x3 120x4setsx2-Planned on doing 110 for 5 doubles so I'm happy with this. On the second set, the ribs shifted after the 1st rep which wasn't too fun.
