Inclines didn't bother my shoulder at all.

I am not motivated at all at the moment, I just seem to be going through the motions, I can't seem to settle on a goal. Part of me just says gain weight and put some mass on and the other part says get fit and healthy. I really can't be chewed pratting about with bands and boards and all that at the moment.... I don't know fat and tanned sounds more appealing than cardio and conditioning work....Might have to stretch my funds to the absolute limit and see what I end up weighing in at.

Shoulder was fine all the way up until the 140kg, lowering the weight down to the chest and it gave out completely. I feel like if my shoulder doesn't play up, it will go for sure! Behind the neck press didn't bother it at all and felt really comfy, and the bradford press felt great.

Maybe so, but without random drug testing, it's quite possible for him to have the majority of his camp with high levels. I just can't see him coming in and making a poor showing of himself as he did against Bisping (his only fight since Silva).

No matter how much I try, I can't say I'm looking forward to Tito vs Forrest.

I'm not saying proving himself as a fighter, I mean against Sonnen. He got dominated for 4 and a half rounds against him.

Now Sonnen is registered for TRT he can legally have a T:E ratio of 6:1 by the rules of the Nevada State Athletic Commision(it might be even higher) I don't think we are going to see Sonnen coming in with low test like people are expecting. He only tested 1/10 higher than the average man in their first fight.

If Sonnen wins, I expect him to offend just about everybody lol

Today I am sore as hell! Think a few days to rest and recover are needed.

Saw a friend of mine today who will be going the YNE Open and Jnr Championships in November. I am giving this some serious consideration, it's been 2 years since I competed at the Bodypower Expo. I am penciling it in. Should have a definite answer on Friday!

Potential fight of the year!

I see Sonnen grinding out a 5 round decision, though I think he is in for a tough time with a furious Silva.

In my view Sonnen has nothing to lose and everything to gain, where Silva is the one who needs to prove himself.

I just don't see Silva stopping Sonnen from taking him down, smothering him and working his game plan. I do think however that Sonnen won't have as many chances to take him down because Silva is going to be throwing kicks and punches with bad intentions.

Chael won't be looking to make a mistake like last time, I expect to see him being more careful on the ground with where he puts his limbs.

Plus I hope Chael wins so we get to hear a hilarious winners speach! The guy has some of the best lines going!

To be honest my heart has never been in training to look a certain way, I was clutching at straws and getting too off course with something like DC.

As for gomad, I will still be drinking the required amount of milk. Mainly to replace the daft amount of redbull and the cheap versions I drink (8 cans a day on average).

My shoulder seems to be more effected when I pull my shoulder blades together, if I shrug to set up instead, it is effected alot less. I am 90% certain it's to do with the tightness in my right trap and right side of my neck.

I suck at overhead pressing anyway so it is definitely a good thing I spend some time working on it. I think a lot of it is confidence for me with pressing.

A friend of mine, who is a competitive bodybuilder as well as respected in the Teesside area for his knowledge on nutrition has come up with a diet for me to help with the weight gain. I have to admit, diet has always been the part I struggle with the most, so it is great to be getting help with it now. The diet is junk food free (I love junk food!). I am determined to stick to it, word for word, because he has taken the time and effort to help me (plus he is a big bugger too lol).

Shoulder has thrown me off again! Seems I am ok with push press and speed bench but anything over 100kg is murder. So I will do speed work as normal and instead of bench I will do push press then loads of pink and fluffy machine work for triceps, pecs and shoulders....Best I can do with a crap situation. I have a feeling it's down to a tight trap, every time I pull my shoulder back I get a tight feeling in my trap and neck. Will kill some stretches and work with what I can do for now

Dynamic day assistance work will be light and for want of a better term, pink and fluffy. I wanted to get some pull ups in but it was in use for awhile and I didn't want to stand around and wait so just got on with it. Tried a few different movements to see what bothered my shoulder.

Shoulder held up pretty well, it might even be a possitive thing that it is alittle banged up as I managed to unrack the bar more efficiently which can only be a good thing.

As my sets of dynamic bench went on, my shoulder felt better and better, I can only put this down to the rotator cuff work I did between sets.
