Deadlifts worked up to 170kgx6-shoulder dislocated again on the 4th, felt good for 9-10 reps before the shoulder went Hammer Strength Rows per side 40kgx10 60kgx6 80kgx6 90kgx6-shoulder prevented more reps T-rows 40kgx6 60kgx6 70kgx6-as above Cut alot out this week due to shoulder playing up. I need to work out how to prevent it getting worse... | |||

When I used to do kickboxing, it always happened. I sometimes wake up with one of my shoulders dislocated. Aye stuck it back in myself. No, won't stick it in a sling, pain killers and making sure it doesn't get tight and my ROM isn't restricted and it should be fine. Though it could mean either board pressing or pin pressing from now on as it always seems to feel sketchy at the bottom of a bench press. | |||

I say all the best to Flintoff. I don't see why it's a joke, didn't Layla Ali do something similar and become a female world champ? (not saying Freddie will ever get that far and I know Layla was never a celeb previously). No one complains when someone jumps into MMA at a pro level without any Ammy or semi pro bouts. If the lad wants to fight then why not? Even if he fought as an ammy fighter, you really think it wouldn't be on TV and Frank Warren wouldn't be lining his pockets? It's not like he is doing it just for a pay day, if he was, it would be far easier to do something like 'I'm a celeb' or a show of that nature. | |||

Strength is going up nicely and bodyweight is on the up too. May end up back at my weight from about 2 months ago in the next month, then on to a bigger bodyweight |
