Decided to lift today despite yesterdays OH work. I cant get to the gym tomorrow so i though i should do it now! Not the best session to say the least, probably should have done cleans but snatches were the flavor of the day, i could not resist! Snatch 40x2 40x2 50x2 - 1 of which was a power snatch 50x2 - 1 of which was a power snatch 55x1 60xf - and the s**t begins 60xf 60x1 60x1 power 65x1 power 65xf 65x1 power 50x1 - made sure i went deep as i was not on most of the other sets. 70xf - not a chance!!! Hang snatch 50x3 50x1 - crap! called it a day there. The snatches sucked, i was not dropping under the bar like a had been previously when doing the hang snatches. Meh..... just need more practice! Then did OL GM's 60x10 60x12 60x12 60x12 60x12 easy - more a prehab exercise than anything today. Some rows and that was it | |||

Seriously nice deadlifting man! 200kg will be a great milestone! The only thing a would say about the diet is the big gap between the 3:30 meal and 9:00 meal. Your putting a way a decent amount of food at each sitting but the 9:00am meal seems a bit light! Tom | |||

When you take the bar out of the racks even with light weights do it like its a small weight. Get your chest up, shoulders out and drop your elbows a bit (for jerking only, you cleans are fine). Have a look at the last vid from Adders(Friday) and see how strong Wiggers takes the bar out of the racks. Thats what you want to be doing. Thanks man! Appreciate the advice! Again today i could not get to the gym with a platform so did some OH work - which i a big weakness of mine STRICT BB OHP - warm ups - 20x8 - 30x6 - 40x5 - 50x5 - working sets - 60x3 - 60x3 - 60x3 - 60x3 - 60x3 I will use this as a baseline to improve upon. I not sure whether to stick to 5x3 and increase the weight or to try and get to 5x4 with 60kg next week then 5x5 the next. Then go back to 5x3 with more weight? Any ideas? Also when doing the triples i noticed im strong off the shoulders then i seriously struggle once the bar gets to about forhead height then again at lockout as rusev said!
