You'll get a good warm up with you're team mates, but make sure you're shoulders and neck gets warmed up too with you being a prop. Always liked tight head better myself, you could choose between headbutting you're opposite loose head or hooker lol.

Thanks for the reply, the knee wraps I have are very soft and I dont like them so wanted to go for something stiffer, just dont want to waste any money and they too stiff or too soft.

If its stiff wraps you're looking for you either want ATP convict pro or strength shop Thor ones.

BigT said:Looking for a pre bed, high protein snack. Always really used a protein shake, but am getting sick of getting up through the night for the bog.

So; the CNP Pro Dessert thing got me thinking, is it basically just Angel Delight mixed with protein? If so, has anyone tried mixing Angel Delight and protein togther before? Any good?

Tried the whole Quark thing, and it was ok to begin with, but got very sick of it.

What about a meal replacement bar. Those of Swaveks have 21g protein and 29g of carbs in so enough to keep you going through the night.

My protein would be my recomendation, mixes well and tastes good too. If its weight you want to put on but dont like the taste of olive oil, try a big spoon full of peanut butter and a scoup of instant oats in with you're shake.

Mmm i've got myself hungry now need food lol
» Drugs Ban From the IPF (Go to post)27-11-2011 @ 18:20
I personaly think the blame would have to stay with the lifter, after all its there responsability to make sure there clean if there sport states that its drug free. Why blame others for the actions of one member.

I agree, earlier in the year i tore the cartlidge in my knee keg loading. After surgery to tidy it up the surgeon put on my discharge papers, :reason for injury co-morbidity of obesity. So really it must of had nothing to do with the 125kg beer key i was lifting at the time.
