I've got the thor elbow and knee sleeves, they give great support, mind there a bit of a chew to get on with being so stiff, but a bit of talk helps them go on nicely.

» Using chalk? Liquid or the normal stuff (Go to post)21-02-2012 @ 14:46
I've got both, i find the liquid stays on you're hands a whole lot longer and you don't have to keep applying it before lifts like you do the other chalk. Plus its not that expensive now, i just buy a bottle when i need it from myprotein.com.

I had the same trouble for over a year with mine. My physio told me to buy some theraband off ebay and get warm up exercises off you tube. Now i still do the warm ups and never get a bit of bother with them.
