I'd tend to do full squatts, but use chains on the bar too to give you that extra strength up the top rather than doing just partial squats.

I tried lots of different types of proteins, even the 90+ too. The only one i'd recommend is myprotein they mix well and the flavours ive had are the best ive had. I'd even go as far as saying the banana whey isolate is possbly the best tasting protein around.

I had my dream holiday last January, me and the wife went to Australia spent a lot of time in brisbane, got married the hired a bike and rode down to sydney for a week. If i had the money i'd like to go there for 6 months and travel the whole country. What we saw was such a nice place so much so that were even thinking about moving there one day.Cool

See this is a great idea, but my trainings so unorganised it would never work with me.
