| I cant leave you lot alone for five minuets can I! Mariuz, as last year, if you want to compete as a geust lifter I have no issue with this, but with out a passport he cannot progress. Its four events that everyone trains regularly due to how short notice it is. Love rick | |||

Starting weight of 280kg. increments of 10kg, Lifters may skip lifts. 2)Yoke in to farmers medley. 400Kg Yoke for 20m in to 140KG farmers for 20m 3) Max Log Lift Starting Weight of 120kg, 10kg increments, Lifters may skip lifts. 4) Stones to a chest height platform, TBC but a run of 110-185 expected. | Forward hold will be face to face and head to head, so hopefully should be entertaining. Suits on squat to hopefully allow for some hooooooge numbers, dead for reps it shouldnt make (much) differnce, | |||
