Fridays dl session was terrible..had bad doms from the day before.. Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x5 180x5 Left it there for today.. Upper back/rear delts/bicep work... Today's squats belt less 60x10 100x5 120x5 150x3 170x1 190x1 210x1 form was breaking down left it there.. Then paused oly with belt 120x5 150x5 170x5 Happy with that..coming back well.. | |||

Short on time so... Bench 60x10 100x5 120x3 140x2 paused 160x2 1rep paused 170x3paused with slingshot...stopped at 3reps because shoulder was feeling crap.. Neutral grip incline dumbells.. 28kgx10 42x10 50x10 some reps paused Had a go on the gyms new viking press..never tried one before...235kg strict gym record to beat lol 55kg 90 125 145 all for singles Failed 167.5 but close..will finish bench sessions with this..it was fun | |||

Pl squat beltless 60x5 100x5 140x2 150x6 the bar rolled on my back because it was bent which made the set harder than it should be..got it done tho Oly paused 60x3 100x3 130x2 160x1 180x2 Add belt 200x1 The 180 and 200 set didnt feel quaddy enough for my liking..core felt solid tho.. | |||

Missed a session so had to dead and bench today.. Deadlift beltless 60x5 100x5 140x3. Felt so rubbish and heavy lol 170x3 200x3.. Bench 60x8 90x5 120x5 140x5 all paused 155x2 paused.. Left it there due to no hand offs.. Then various back/rear delt work..and some bis and tris... | |||

260 squat is the goal asap..i doubt in 6 weeks tho lol just liked the title.hit a tidy 250 last july but life got in the way and ive missed loads of sessions, drank to much etc etc.. Just trying to shame myself back into lifting ok weights again.. Last weeks bench.. 150x3 paused 160x5 paused with md slingshot 170x3 paused md slingshot Because I havent done no back work since early november the lowering phase of the bench has become the hardest part...feels so heavy its a joke lol..the press is comfy tho.. Yesterdays pl style beltless squat was 60x5 110x5 150x2 Worksets 160x3sets of 2reps.. Then oly shoes on for paused oly beltless atg.. 60x3 110x3 150x2 Worksets 170x2..form was breaking down.. Add belt 180x2 tidy.. |
