Did a day of spotting/loading on Saturday..felt sore today and I've added some body weight so the back pumps have started which makes squatting today fun lol...

Went to my old gym today.. i love there crappy bars lol..just feels good in the hands..

220x8 deadstop reps.PB..had another rep maybe 2 but I had to bench so left it..I might deadlift in 2 weeks time and see if every 2 weeks works for me..

140x3 easy so
160x3x3 easy..I reckon I had atleast 5+paused reps in me on the 2nd set
Think I had 180 paused in me today

Then some upper back/rear delt work

Sets felt snappy..still nowhere near my usual speed..lowering the bar is still harder than the press but its getting better..

Just because Im weak as hell since not really training hard at all..missing sessions etc..lost the iron bug bad. if it wasn't for the gym letting me train for free I would have quit probably..it will come back tho..it always does
