Plan was 170x5..the 2 reps were easy..had 5 reps in me defo but I pulled my pec on the 2 rep Unhappy

So did a back work out one handed cus I had to do something..

Cheers matt..dl forms still off so when I strengthen the weak areas I'm hoping I will pull a pb..300 or die trying lol

Nice to see you getting some work in m8..I think my best leg size gains on legpress was when I was doing sets of 10reps adding a plate each set..and I was one of those 3-4plate squatting but could do 400kg legpress guys at the time lol

Going lighter today.I'm going to push bench hard for 3weeks then drop back..

Realised today that im getting no leg drive on the bench at my normmal gym..im just pressing with my arms..

Moved out my grip by a finger on the next 2 sets which felt a lot better..

100x25 tng..felt easy..lactic kicked in on rep 23 so stopped..would be nice to get a pb in a few weeks if I keep doing it..

When I was a kid I could throw very far..probabiy due to I could get my whole body into the throw..the same thing with golf..when I started weight training it helped my throw/golf but then I got to stiff and it all went downhill lol
