So far it seems to be - and those charts put 157.5x3 at 170x1. There's no way that's anywhere close to 182.5 - if you get 25kg from single to triple at these kinds of weight ranges, then something is VERY peculiar.


I was just basing your bench on mine.I get more than 25k but the weights your doing at the moment are similer to my last maxing out

Tannhauser - it's pretty consistently put on about 7.5kg each time I ran it, in 9-12 weeks; 137.5 to 145 to 152.5, to 155x2 (only tested 1rm at a contest which wasn't great, but 155x2 should be worth 160). Obviously that won't continue for ever, but it's nice while it lasts Happy.
