There's no way that's anywhere close to 182.5 - if you get 25kg from single to triple at these kinds of weight ranges, then something is VERY peculiar. We'll do either 150 or 152.5 next week and see how it goes from there. Tannhauser - it's pretty consistently put on about 7.5kg each time I ran it, in 9-12 weeks; 137.5 to 145 to 152.5, to 155x2 (only tested 1rm at a contest which wasn't great, but 155x2 should be worth 160). Obviously that won't continue for ever, but it's nice while it lasts .
