Pl squat 60x5 60x3 100x3 130x2 160x1 Belt on 190x1 210x1 220x1 230x1 Oly paused no belt 60x3 100x2 140x2 160x2 Felt strong but my hammy felt dodgy so sacked it off before I snapped my s**t up.. 230 felt easier than 220.plenty more in the tank.happy with 230 because im still weak in the hams/glutes etc so I'm squatting to quady for my liking.looks like I should get a nice big pb this year | |||

Bench 50kgx10 50x10 60x10 80x10 100x20 12reps tng 8 paused 100x10 all paused 80kgx40 reps..lactic burn lol...was hoping for 50reps but didn't want to strain the pec Upper back/rear delts Happy with that..didn't have any twinges in the pec this week | |||

Deads no belt 60x3x3 100x3 100x3 140x3 170x2 210x1 230x5 or 6 grip was rubbish on this set..felt like I had a few more reps in the tank but my grip went.. Add straps 230x6 or 7..
