Deadlift 70x3x3 110x3 Belt on 150x2 200x1 230x1 Bench all paused 60x3x3 100x2 120x2 140x2 160x1 170x1 Deads today were done on a texas dl bar..hate it necause the bar whip messes my line up.. Bench was ok..the lowering phase has become harder than the press again..not sure if I felt the pec pull on the 170 or if it was dehydration....feels ok today tho | |||

Bench all paused 60x5 60x3 80x3 100x3 120x2 140x1 160x1 170x1 180x1 Woke up 4 days ago with a very sore shoulder.it hurt a lot today..had pain with just the bar so couldn't push as fast as I would usually do..170 was like a rocket tho..got a few laughs from the guys watching..feels like I'm going to bench well this year | |||

Surely even equipped lifting you do some training raw? when I trained with a very strong kitted guy he used to train raw but never pushed his raw bench..he would do x amount of reps on bench 200x5 easy if I remember correctly.also he was repping 90kg dumbells on incline bench,heavy dips with 100kg strapped on etc..when he was back doing this he would shirt up then push the shirted numbers...he used to do raw blocks before he shirted up but had a pec tear so knocked that on the head.basicly you get to a point raw where raw bench max doesn't really carry over..raw blocks,shirted blocks etc do |
