AdamT said:Well done mate. Very impressed with your squats. I love deep reps, no matter what the weight is.

You showed plenty of grit and done well with the press.

Good job!!

Thanks! Pulled my back on event one which hampered everything else. Fun day tho

Even if tom did no rep my 8th rep right on the buzzer
» 120kg axle and 100kg axle for reps (Go to post)23-05-2016 @ 11:07
Btn for a heavy warm up (was an axle pb tho) :-)
then 100 on the front for reps.
Need jerk blocks tho to save energy!

I have to say I agree with this. I'll admit that I didn't have my best ever run of training immediately after my son was born but made the effort to get down to the gym at least a couple of times a week and managed to at least maintain my strength and improve it in some areas.
If you really want to train you'll make time and just get used to being horribly sleep deprived.

I have done a few 9pm sessions. Body said no. Made everything feel 50% harder.
This week iv done
axle press monday
Legs tuesday
Incline bench thurs
Tonight is back

Pre baby = train hard 5x a week. 4 in gym. Plus 1 events day .

Post baby= on average 3 average sessions a week. Events sometimes

Unless u have a child minder or a wife who will do it all i think hobies have to be put on hold!
You cant work full time and do baby duties and train.......

See you in 18years
