Had a training session before going to the gym did a mile in 5:50 and did some sprints after that.

No they were continuous, my forearms were fried after the deads so I just sped through them.

My left bicep was in agony doing these, that's why I didn't complete the final 2 sets. Its the worst when I begin the upward phase of the push. Don't know what's wrong.

Been away from Sugden for a long time and a lot has happened in that time. I'm currently studying in America on a soccer scholarship (Football to the civilised world). Wanted to start up my log again so I have a record of what I'm doing and to look back on. For the last 3 months in America I have done bodybuilding type training, using machines and very little free weights in that time.

Rubbish session, gym was rammed with students and I just had enough and got on the treadmill for 20 minutes to finish off. Squats were better than my last session, will move the weight up to 5kg next time

Good session tri's were pumped towards the end, training on my own at the moment so not going heavy on bench at all. Trying to add more of a fitness side to training in more reps and cardio as well.

These were harder than I wanted, I'm still struggling from a rugby match on Monday, muscle are tight and a few haven't fully recovered. I also did other leg exercises and some tricep work.

Really good session today so happy with the snatch, the 90kg jerk is there having some trouble with my shoulders at the moment just need to warm them up properly and keep stretching them I think. But on the other hand that's my first total of 135@ 77.5 kg BW very happy.

First real session back, couldn't be happier. Main focus at the moment is oly lifting so with the snatch working on dropping into the hole easier, that is a joint PB so I'm very happy with it
