Dont think i had enough rest after pressing on thursday night as the pressing was not flying today. The one motions felt great, i think im going to improve on these.

Cheers mate, im quite surprised how well squats are going seeing as tho ive only been doing them 4-5 months!

Millsy - its ambitious but i would like to hit 200kg this year and when i believe i can do it it usually happens Wink
