new squat pb 140kHappy

i havent tried a squat pb or squatted for a while
so i might of been able to do this for a while
but none the less im still chufferedGrin
but still along way from where i need to be
im considering doing a power lifting comp this year.

but i want to have atleast a 550k total and atleast a 140k bench not thew girly one i have now

i ment to take my camera to get some one to vid it but
the mrs was late back and i ran out in a rush
but ill take it next time
i recon 230k would of gone up too but with my bp still being very high i didnt want to do to much
but saying that i went on to do 10 reps a side with the 175lb dbs
on db rows but this was the end of my sesh as i was poopedWink

i have always fancied strongman but i have never been strong enough
(probably still not lol)
not sure weather i can make the scotland comp yet
as it bloody far and my fitness levels are that of a jeremy kyle

i have mentioned it to the mrs and ill wait to see if i get a day passWink

as for the jucy stuff im coming off the tren
but im dropping the test a few weeks later to aid recovery

health is more important than a few more lbs of muscle

thanx about the benching, its down to what i was shown at fat petes comp
its made a big difference

short term goals are benching 120k im going for this tomorrow
if lord lucan (on off(mainly off)training partner)
and im sure ill piss a 140k squat if i try
but i need a few weeks to work on my form
