Squats 70x3x2 110x3 150x3 175x3 185x3 195x1 165x5x3 Not bad. I was on nights last night & my lower back is fatigued from deadlifts. My bar position felt off but im sure itll come back in a few days. Bench 60x3 100x3 110x3 120x2 130x1. Really quick. 120x3 pb 120x3x4sets Good! Happy Deadlifts 60 100 140x3x5 Really smooth and quick. | |||

Squat 110x3x3 Bench 70x3x3 Deadlift Up to 195 215 235 255 265 x fail. Past the knees but couldnt lock it out. Not been heavy in ages so im happy with the attempt. Really fast off the floor but just got out of position. Definitely good for a 3rd attempt at the British | |||

Cheers Deload this week. Squat Up to 150x3 170x1 150x5 150x5 Bench Up to 110x2 115x1 100x5 100x5 Deadlift Up to 180x3 200x3x3 Pretty decent. Not bad considering the past 3 training sessions have been hard. Pleased to have a bit of a chilled week this week. Its been going well and a deload is best. | |||
