Of course z won and has done the most in competition and maybe training also but honestly radz looked the stronger presser at europes. The 205 log press was absolute air for him, it just looked like it was a balance issue and possibly a weaker core that had him fail the 216k. It was definately not close to a max weight for his shoulders and triceps. The man strict pressed 100k dumbbell like it was 10k.

Do you guys know where i can get one of these? Is like a rolling pin with handles on the ends (is used in dan harrisons 'thunder dan' youtube vid).

upper body day 1

me

push press 60kg 3 sets 10 reps
reverse grip bench press 70kg 3 sets 10 reps
close grip bench press 70kg 3 sets 10 reps
dumbbell laterals 3 drop set starting 22kg x 6
giant set cable flys, cable cross overs, overhead extensions

Felt weak but was like the routine.

sarah

push press 22.5kg 3 sets 10 reps
bench press 22.5kg 3 sets 10 reps
close grip bench press 22.5kg 3 sets 10 reps
dumbbell laterals 3 drop set starting 7kg x 10

Super strong session, showing big improvements.

So would mean my 81k inch lifts in the same manner beat brians 100k because i only weigh 100k an he weighs 200k..i should probably agree but my thoughts are that's 19kg heavier and he made it look like it was made of air.

100kg inch lift with no tilt and he does it easily. Pretty amazing.

Have upped my calories as weight has actually gone down a kilo rather than up (99kg in morning) so have added whole milk, cheese etc

lower body day 1

me

oly front squat 75kg 3 sets 10 reps
low rack pull 162.5kg 3 sets 10 reps
walking dumbbell lunges 36kg 3 sets across gym

Was happy with the squats, felt very light but deads were far harder than i wanted them to be. Really struggled on the last set. The problem was my core was still a bit shot coming in and because i was lowering it to the pins slow each rep it shot my core an hamstrings real quick.

day 2 - oly front squat 80kg 3 x 10, low rack pull 172.5kg 3 x 10 (2 regular, 1 sumo), walking dumbbell lunges 36kg
day 3 - oly front squat 85kg 3 x 10, low rack pull 182.5kg 3 x 10 (2 regular, 1 sumo), walking dumbbell lunges 36kg
day 4 - oly front squat 95kg 3 x 10, low rack pull 195kg 3 x 10 (2 regular, 1 sumo), dumbbell lunges 49kg
day 5 - oly front squat 105kg 3 x 10, low rack pull 205kg 3 x 10 (2 regular, 1 sumo), dumbbell lunges 54kg

upper body

day 1 - push press 60kg 3 x 10, reverse grip bench press 70kg 3 x 10, close grip bench press 70kg 3 x 10
day 2 - push press 65kg 3 x 10, reverse grip bench press 75kg 3 x 10, close grip bench press 75kg 3 x 10
day 3 - push press 70kg 3 x 10, reverse grip bench press 80kg 3 x 10, close grip bench press 80kg 3 x 10
