Gonna stop being lazy and start logging training here again. Seen as my attempts to gain a bunch of muscle have resulted in near death, near death, and 11" on my waist, i have decided to stick to a natural weight for me and drop to u90's. Will also log my girlfriends training again. She just did britains, did 100kg x 13 in deadlift.

I'm in no kind of shape right now with low power, not been training heavy till last week.

September 24th 2012

Log w/ bands (no belt)
- 72.5kg x 1 clean & push press
- 87.5kg clean+hold on chest 10 seconds x 2
- 62.5kg x 5 clean & push press
- 42.5kg x 12 one motions
- 42.5kg x 6 strict press
(this is very awkward wodden log, is not round and has sick downward spin as you try and press)

Box squat to 182.5kg x 10 (belt)
Deadlift 4" below knee (worsed pull for me) to 202.5kg x 10 (belt)
Romanian deadlift/shrug 122.5kg x 10 (no belt)

Chin up +20kg x 8 + 2 + 1 rest paused
Long bar row drop set
Cable cross overs

I disagree. The man came in here and behaved like a complete prick, we acted accordingly. From memory he posted a vid of him performing a squat and then throwing gym furniture about. We commented on the gym furniture throwing and he responded that we were all envious of his youth, his strength, his talent and his relationship with god. We can resist anything bar temptation, especially of that calibre

He was trolling. He resorted to trolling the site because people called him a nob. This was very common on at the time and in no way represents the true thoug hts/feelings of the person doing it. It's more or less a game, a childish one yes, but at same time he was a 16 year old kid.

Terry says Katona got a pretty bad bicep injury which will prob f**k him up on loading and arm over arm???

Didnt know that, would mess him up for stones as well. Think will be josh/lalas if that's the case then. Pulling for hicks of course.

katona and thigpen over lalas :S
you must be out of the loop lol

Can't see katona not winning the group with those events, rest should be very tight, graham will be mixing it up too. Reason i said josh was because i remember lalas having small hands with bit of a dodgy grip, i think he might blow arm over arm. Josh is good at 5 of 6 events. I see him a couple points behind but winning stones and taking it. Certainly wouldnt bet on it.

I'm gonna say shaw but could be poundstone, jenkins or z too. I think probably terry after those guys. Course depends on who makes the finals. I think it's gonna be a war, don't see much a gap between the top guys.

Same, i'm 96.5kg morning weight, competing against guys that are 121kg or more is pretty difficult.

Why not have u105kg, u121kg and 121kg+?

Has she been competing in bodybuilding for over 10 years or just bodybuilding gym training for 10+ years? How old is she? Height? Huge numbers!

I know exactly what Paul means and am inclined to agree. Just because someone has a bigger overhead doesn't mean they are a better 'presser'.

If i ever manage to get the dvi cable for this old camcorder i used, people can see for themselves. Z is a complete monster, looked like he could have pulled 1000lbs on the deadlift but i dont feel he was the stronger overhead. The ground was shakey under foot and radz did the 216k very shortly after his 205. Amazingly, i think he was good for over 500lbs. Looking at his bench and squat vids, i wouldnt be surprised if he could total 1100kg raw. Bloody impressive.
