Post Edited: 29.09.2012 @ 19:36 PM by jones105 farmers 50 x40m turn at 20 90 x20 110 x20 alot more there yoke 165 x20m 235 x20m yoke and farmers 95 x20m onto 235 yoke x20m 95 x20m onto 235 yoke x20m sled pulls with harness and rope 265 x15m 265 x15m sled drags 160 x20m 200 x20m 215 x15 first events sesh in 6-7weeks...wanted to concentrate on medly,and harness pulls...didnt have enough weights to lay out full medly(that i have in brits u90)...happy with the 110 farmers,iv stuggled with 110kg in the past,felt easy tbh and wish id gone for more...sled pulls was awfull,the suface was uneven and could not get momentom,gota nail the tech with the rope...sled pulls wer decant...next week i will have more weight,so can practise full medly...not a bad sesh all in all but gota fire up next week | |||
