About 34 inches at 6'2

I'm not fat, I was just thinking about the harm it may be doing me. It sounds like everyone else eats a fair bit so I'm just gonna crack on with it.

This thread has no doubt already been done but I can't find it anywhere so I'm gonna ask anyway.
How much red meat do you fella's eat? I personally eat around 700g-1kg a day from lean mince, sirloin steak and lamb. The reason I ask is one of my friends went off his head at me. He said I was risking all kinds of health problems etc. and it got me a bit worried.
I seem to gain muscle/weight when I eat alot of it though so that's one benefit

Around 400g of protein at the moment. 120g of that is in 2 shakes the rest is real food.
I used to go for a gram per pound of bodyweight but since upping it drastically I've made some real improvements. Expensive though

The heaviest I've been is 120kg at 6'2 and I felt like s**t. I can't imagine what 200kg feels like to carry around all day even if you are 6'8

I suppose I could but I really want to try squatting multiple times a week, I feel like I've got alot of room to improve in my squat if you know what I mean so I wanna prioritise that if I can without completely f**king up my deadlift.

I was thinking 3 weeks squatting m/w/f and then on the fourth week squat light on mon and fri and deadlift heavy on Wednesday.

Yeah. I do alot of upper back work. One arm db rows, t bar rows, shrugs, pulldowns, barbell rows etc.
Obviously not all at the same time, I normally pick 3 exercises to do after deadlift

On Tuesday I was working up to a single. This wasn't a max effort single, it was just a difficult single for that day, maybe 250-260. Friday was working in 5's up to around 200-220kg, basically just until I felt I was starting to have to work hard.

Ok guys I started a thread a couple of weeks ago about squatting and deadlifting twice a week. I've been giving it a go and the deadlifts are killing me. I've had an idea of low bar squatting m/w/f and only deadlifting once a month as I seem to be able to squat heavy numerous times a week with no problem.
My question is will my deadlift go down training it so infrequently?
I'm thinking the low bar squats will be plenty of stimulation for my posterior chain so I may even improve my deadlift. What do you guys think? Anybody not train deads until the day of the comp or once a month etc.?
