I've hoyed 240 over me head on the squat (had 2 spotters but they were clueless) but f**k bouncing 170 down your chest. Surely you'd break a rib?

As to the outburst if you look at the comments he actually says he didnt know she was there and apologises for it.

Sounds about right. I didn't spot her until someone pointed her out. Not a big deal in my eye's anyway, I like to see a good ol'fashioned outburst now and again

I'm sure she'll survive. She didn't even notice as far as I could tell

» Ultra high frequency training? (Go to post)27-05-2013 @ 19:30
What the hell i'm gonna give it a whirl and see how I get on.

I'll start off light as Tom and Terry recommend and gradually build up the weights/intensity and if I feel overtraining coming on I'll take a deload week whenever necessary or every four weeks'ish regardless.
I'll be eating a s**t load aswell as getting plenty of rest so I'm hoping it will work out.

Only thing you need to do is refrain from jacking off the week before a comp mate. It increases your testosterone

Ive been training alot recently. Sometimes seven days a week but mostly six, mainly because I currently cant go out drinking, just have a few at home every now and again. All of my lifts have gone up and I actually look leaner while staying the same weight.
I was having a look on the net for high frequency routines and came across the usual stuff like Sheiko etc. but then I found an example of Brian Siders training log from 2005 and was thinking of giving something like this a go.
