Thanks. Happy Still a way to catch you, but bench seems to be rapidly improving at the moment so may as well make the most of it.

Thanks! its much easier knowing that one lift is the focus. Although of course being sensible with my niggle is playing a part too.

Over the last few days gradually developed a sore throat/cough and today a fever. Nothing too serious but enough that I took some paracetamol etc. As a result, getting in enough calories has been tough and my weight has dropped a little along with feeling more tired than usual.

Bench
20kg x 5
40kg x 4
60kg x 3
80kg x 2
90kg x 1
100kg x 1, 1, 1, 1 - Big confidence boost for me, I only got a spotter on the first single, after that I was confident enough to go without.

Bandbell bench
30kg x 5
50kg x 10, 10, 10

Light squats, rows, face pulls, rehab.
» Adam's log. (Go to post)13-11-2015 @ 20:03
Snatch grip deadlift
40kg x 3, 3, 3
60kg x 3, 3
70kg x 3, 3
80kg x 3, 3
90kg x 3 - Back fine. Good. Happy

Bench
20kg x 5
40kg x 4
60kg x 3
80kg x 2
90kg x 1
95kg x 3, 3, 3, 3 - Very, very happy with these. 95x4 is a PB, these were all quite easy too. Good things to come! Grin

General rehab stuff.

Bench
20kg x 5
55kg x 3, 3, 3
80kg x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

Squat
60kg x 3
110kg x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Rows, rehab.

Boring, but necessary. Looking forward to a few heavier sessions coming up.

Really good benching, especially given the bodyweight. Not far off double bodyweight too which would be cool! Happy

Back a little better, not perfect though.

Bench
20kg x 5
40kg x 4
60kg x 3
80kg x 2
90kg x 1
97.5kg x 1
102.5kg x 1, 1

» Adam's log. (Go to post)06-11-2015 @ 18:26
5 1/2 hour drive.. then straight to the gym, bad idea.

Deficit Sumo Deadlift
70kg x 5
120kg x 3
140kg x 2
160kg x 1
180kg x 1
202.5kg x 3 - As I was setting up for my second set felt something odd in my lower back. Painful.

Bench
20kg x 5
60kg x 4
85kg x 2
97.5kg x 1 - Back pain.
75kg x 3, 3, 3 - Feet up, back flat.

Called it there, rest/rehab tonight and hopefully it will be fine to at least bench tomorrow. If i need to il drop deadlifts for the next few weeks and if i really need to il drop squats too, though I doubt that will happen.

Split squats, DB row, DB laterals and Rehab.

87.5kg x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
