But you are correct, I barely qualify as a Buffoon in my current svelte state and until my Squats improve considerably ( ie double ) please continue to call me gay and girly, because I am.

you need a good quality powercage , ful oly set with bumper weights , rack of dumbells , chinup bar (for hanging your towel) good bench with incline and mabie a smith machine Wink



Sorry Jonny, that set up in the garage was actually Rachel's 21st Birthday present and she still uses it mate. However you are of course welcome to come and train at The Glen when I have set it up.

Last nights session :

Second time squatting in 3 months !!!
Squats, ass to heels, 140kg, 3x8.
30 mins cardio.
Weight 18 stone 12 pounds ( 120kg ).

Last nights session :
Bench Press, 120kg, 8,6,3 !!! Very annoyed with this so dropped to 100kg and made 9 reps to failure. It just wasn't happening for me last night.
Arm Curl, 55kg, 3x8.
Cardio, 30 minutes.

I have a big store room here at work which I don't use and I've decided it would make an excellent Gym. I currently train in the Garage at home with two Rottweilers for company, but they make a mess and keep licking me in between sets and it's bloody freezing in there at this time of year so this store room would be much better.
Now then, I want a Cage, Bench and Oly weights so can anyone recommend a good supplier.
On line would be best of course, just get it all delivered.
I'll also need a CD Player, Amp and BIG speakers but I know where to get those Cool

No lumps or anything of that description. Everything seems fine, which is why I have ignored it.
The secretary didn't mention anything unusual whilst exploring bits that I can't see.
I can't control any of my sneezes LOL, and they are true buffoon type sneezes too where everything in the vicinity gets covered in goo...they are especially inconvenient whilst on the motorbike when I plaster the inside of the visor.

Ok, this is something that has been niggling me for months, but as anyone who knows me knows I have not seen a Doctor since I was about 6 years old.
Ok, I have a strange sensation occasionally which is hard to describe, but the sensation seems to run down my body and through my left testicle. I'm not kidding. I get it when I stand up, but I can't call it pain it's more mildly irritating, sort of an awareness of it. I doubt that it's anything serious as I've had it for months and months and it's never got any worse.
It's worse today than normal, and last night was Deadlifts. I don't know if there is a connection.
Any ideas ?

Jonny, my runs at nineteen stone are barely controlled staggers. I don't take a stop watch I take a calendar. I'm making about ten minute mile pace matey so I guess in your new found svelte condition you would be home long before me !

Last nights session :

Deadlifts, 160kg 3x8.
Dumbell Row, 35kg, 3x8.
Cardio and Ab work, 30 minutes because Buffoons needs Abs too !
