Not too sure how bad it is yet Overhead 60kg x 3 strict 80kg x 2 1 strict 1 push 90kg x 1 push 100kg x 1 push 105kg x 1 push (pb) At least my session ended on a high. There was more there than 105 too. Just hope my pec injury isn't bad | |||
