Benched upti 120kg last night and it just hurt my pec. Training at the moment is very painful for me. I've hit an injured pec, very bad back and 2 bad knees. So I've decided I need to change the way I train. I usually like to go heavy as I can for as many as I can for basically only 1 or 2 sets which seems to just be injuring me these days. Taking tramadol codeine and ibuprofen everyday and still in pain I've decided to drop my weights and do 5x5 on weights with better form. This starts tonight!! | |||
