100k x 10 belt and DOH grip - DOH seems to be better for me on SLDL

squatting always makes me feel sick and iv spoke to a few others n they said the same. i have been sick after other workouts n felt sick doing other exercises but usually quite rare so could be a combination of either less sleep n training, or less or more food than usual at that time of day with training etc. however squats make me feel sick almost every time n i think its to do with the amount of large muscles used.
what makes u feel sick is it certain exercises or all of them?

DB incline bench press
30k x 10 (had vomit in my throat afterwards, not a good start to a workout lol)
40k x 10 (much easier than last week)
45k x F (couldnt get them up to a good starting position, tried again n got them up but hurt my wrist alot n position was still off, did 1 rep but left it there)

Bench press
107k x 3
107k x 3
107k x 3

close grip
77k x 10
77k x 10
87k x 8

skull crushers / drop sets with around 15-20secs in between
47k x 8
37k x 8
27k x 10

sit ups / decline
25 x 2 sets - both had a short rest at about 15 reps

quite happy with this session except the 45k DB, but a big improvement on last week. think i will prob stick to close grip n leave out heavy bench for a week or 2 until wrist is better

ok well the question has been answered and i dont want this turning into an anti-smoking thread. lol. kinda a silly thing to debate about i think n it probably wont change any bodies opinions.

ye i cant wait to compete m8. dont think il be qualifying for an u80 next year tho, was looking forward to gaining a stone or so wil see how it goes. u80 does sound good tho.

true, the main reason i ask is because i want to know if its possible to reach a good level of strength / fitness as a smoker. if there is any good athletes that smoke then question answered but if there isnt then it doesnt mean its not possible, and i have a chance of been Englands Strongest Smoker lol.
