bench press
102.5k x 4 x 4

close grip
80k x 10
80k x 8 sposed t b 10reps but tries was dead
90k x 4 failed the 5th, got crushed

skullcrushers
40k x 8 x 3sets / wanted 10 reps but failed 9th every set

decline sit ups 50 total.

youll be better off in a 1st timers / novice comp mate to get the experiance. thats what im doing.

i always try to place it down slowly bcos i train at home alot n the weight room used to be upstairs n feared for my floorboards n the family sittin directly underneath so got used to placing them down, now the rooms downstairs but i lift off wood blocks to make the height up to 9" n there not that wide so i have to try n aim the bar onto them. i do it out of habbit but occasionaly grip or strength fails n dropping it cant be helped, IMO controlling it should be better when it comes to repping.

i got a few thoughts on this. firstly good for her, i think it says alot about her character. i think her old appearance was to feel attractive n the approval of men mattered, now i think shes doin what she thinks looks good or what makes her feel better about herself n not to impress anybody else.
secondly i dont think she looks too bad, im not attracted to muscley women but i bet if she wasnt flexing n covered in tanning oil she still looks better than alot of ladies.

good to know, i expect the same from Gates too. theres no denying that some of my lifts are weak, but the good thing about weaknesses is that they can only improve.

bit of a strange 1 today, my girlfriend has gone car shopping n left me with the toddler and when shes back shes at hospital l8r n then work so im babysittin all day n squeezing in exercises when i can.

ok thanks lee, they wasnt in the routine but fort id add them after i read a andy bolton email that mentioned them for assistance. usualy do SLDL on fridays for around 8 reps 100k ish for my assistance in this cycle then next cycle i think il do sum pulls from diff heights lower n higher
