everyone is different and it comes down to preference. i tend to hold my breath from just before unrack to as long as possible without effecting the lift then 1 breath per rep. typically for the 1st half the set, so 10 rep set i hold for 5 reps then breath every rep from there. definately helps me keep tighter

thats a shame lol. thought you might have had some higher rep goals for main lifts ect. iv never used instagram, i know its a photo/video thingy but thats it, il stick with facebook now n again.
