Yeah, just unloaded bench and off I went. My warm ups are minimal as I hot shower &rt; foam roll &rt; then train. So everything is good to go. I also always have a heater on full pelt;
reduces injury risk, and increases GH production (as studied and proven by Dr. F. Hatfield)

I'm going to have to try the hot shower before hand.

Have you ever talked to Fred? You should. I reckon he'd be well happy to talk to you on Skype.

Some good fights coming up this weekend.

Who takes them:

Demetrious Johnson vs John Dodson
Andrei Arlovski vs Frank Mir
Anthony Johnson vs Jimi Manuwa

I see it being Johnson, Arlovski (not very confident in this), Johnson.

I think the Arlovski/Mir fight should be really good as it could go either way and is really too close to call.

And I'm really gunning for Manuwa, but I don't see him overcoming Johnson. But I hope I'm wrong.

Does that not make you sad though. Things change, sometimes a great deal. Is thinking for yourself such an herculean task ?

Most people are easily led, something which stems in part from being influenced by one's peers. People don't think about the choice, they simply follow the tradition: "We've always voted Labour!"

It never surprises me when people are surprised that the party in power never does fully what it said it was going to do in it's election manifesto.

Indeed Nick....but ill be f**ked if I recover as quickly as when I was 24!! Wink

Of course, that's true.

I don't think I really felt much difference between being 24 and 34 to be fair, although I do feel it now i'm on the wrong side of 45.

I think I'm mentally and physically broken.

You have high standards, John! Maybe standards that you are unable to achieve, and when you don't, you hit rock bottom.

It's only lifting weights.

I never spoiled a ballot paper in my life. I live in a constituency that is very much towards one party whereas I always vote for one of the others.

It rather saddens me when people tell me (and a lot do) that they have always voted for party "X" and that they always will. I prefer to make my mind up on an election by election basis, which I believe is the only sensible option. I do seem to be in the minority though

People tend yo be born down party lines. That is, many people follow the same route as their parents, and so it runs through the generations. Not always the case of course but mainly so.

What is the name of your constituency?

Shows what you know commie!

I know he includes assistance exercises, but I think you're just doing them because you don't want to not look buff.

Not that you do.
