My titan super centurion added roughly 40kg over belt and wraps for me.

Paul's log is entertainment. I not sure this is how he envisaged it but due to the content it's become strangely fascinating for many.

Rename it the pleasure dome???

Your very confused. How is a quad bike being on the setup any different than a carpet? It's a viking press regardless of how the weight is provided.

A carpet is a carpet. A quad bike on a viking press is a viking press. A carpet on a viking press is a viking press. A carpet is a carpet.

You lift carpets pal, you DO NOT viking press in your job.

I open hundreds of doors a day yet do not claim I do grip workouts as gainful employment.

Have done 15 strongman competitions - what do you think?

Ive competed in and loaded/ref'd/helped out at more than that and I've never come across one.

I will assume yes based on your childish answer, what weights/reps have you achieved. Seriously curious to see how you relate carpet lifitng to measurable gym lifts.

Have you used a viking press??

certainly was. got great help and encouragement. yesterday was the 1st time i had seen a monolift so i was a little apprehensive but the spotters and loaders soon put me at ease.

Last year there was my first time in a monolift. Its the best place to learn, so much knowledge and help. Gonna compete again???

700+ will do, just a qualifier and a day out.

British in April for big(ger) numbers.

I squat well equipped so get plenty out of the suit. Massively gay but gotta take advantage where you can.

Yep.

Gonna squat 320, dl 300 and press 180 this year.
