Horrid set up for dead’s, uneven floor and plates that move each rep

Urgh, again finding it hard to transition between gyms. This bar is no good and the collars can't hold the plates in place

Paused bench press on pins a few inches off chest feet up:

Urgh this set up is rubbish compared to the old gym. V narrow bench that you need to get positioned on just right or you will roll off!

Incline bench press:

85 kg x 12

85 kg x 12

3 mins rest, all easy apart from last couple reps on the final set

DB lat raise seated:

12 kg x 18/18/18
