Seated OH Press

Like deadlifts, pretty much speed reps.

Lat Pulldowns

60kg x 10

Tricep Pushdown
20kg x 12
25kg x 12
30kg x 12

Decent session. Weights were a decent place to start. Heavy enough to not be easy, but still light enough to get the reps done and done with reasonable speed, happy with it.
