Now that's a good idea. Iv allways wonderd how much weight it takes to bend the bar

like a headless f**king chicken who's only real goal is to 'squat/bench/deadlift a little bit more next competition than last competition'

So you pretty much just work on what feels right that day but try to do a bit better than last time you did that excersize? No particular structure?

Tom forgive me if this sounds stupid but, iv spent many many hours reading your training log a hell of a lot and I can't figure it out. Do you follow any kind of plan atall or do you just do whatever you want whenever you want?

Unusual psyching method!
I find approaching a weight calmly tends to work better.

Allways been a dick to me, got my girlfriend taking drugs, pretty sure he shagged her, once tried to have a fight with me...

I often feel drained of energy and its hard to summon the energy I need to do a hefty pull or something. And yes I'm f**ked up but its the guys fault that he makes me angry

Iv found a very good method that I tried today. I printed off a picture of a guy I realy hate and looked at it before a PB attempt. Now this guy I realy hate and just looking at his picture makes me shiver with anger. Try it

So what do you do to get the rage flowing?
» ksohhjjkk (Go to post)03-08-2011 @ 15:44
horrible but good session today if that makes sence.

18"deadlift (about)
bar x 5
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
180kg x 5 PB
200kg x 3 PB
220kg x 1 PB

all fairly dissapointing PBs tbh. i should be able to do more than that but then thats why im working on it

leg curls 3 sets

back raises 3 sets holding a 20

weighted crunches 3 sets

nearly passed out and/or threw up and i still feel horrible. got to get up at 3 in the morning to catch a plain too
